"Remember the hard times we went through in Asia,
we were stressed out to the max and felt the sentence of death upon us.
But, that was good, for we learned not to trust in ourselves,
but in the God, who can even raise the dead."
II Cor 1:8-9

It provided all non-divisional engineer support in its area and served as a local construction agency for all projects, especially base development and construction; upgrading land lines of communication; and construction and rehabilitation of roads, dry gap and float bridges and airfields.
